The new facility is designed to manufacture Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (hiPSCs) and Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hMSCs), both of which are crucial for therapeutic applications. These cells are produced using the Cytocentric Xvivo system from BioSpherix, a closed GMP cell culturing system that ensures a contamination-free environment by integrating modular closed incubators and hoods. This system offers superior environmental control and monitoring, resulting in more consistent and higher quality stem cell cultures.
REPROCELL employs a proprietary method of footprint-free RNA reprogramming for generating these stem cells.
