Joshua Martin, MD, is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician (physiatrist) with fellowship training in Sports and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Martin is an expert at advanced non-surgical treatments for musculoskeletal pain, including for joint tendon, and nerve issues. Additionally, he is an expert in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, allowing an immediate, inexpensive, and accurate view of soft tissue (tendons, nerves, superficial ligaments) without the hassle and wait of an MRI. Dr. Martin also brings expertise in cutting-edge regenerative/orthobiologic medicine, which entails the use of cells, tissues, growth factors, and blood components to augment healing and recovery. Dr Martin teaches regenerative medicine at national conferences, and currently serves on the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Biologics Curriculum Committee, developing standards for teaching regenerative medicine to be used at residency and fellowship programs nationwide.
