Dr. Xinning Li

Dr. Xinning Li is a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Boston University School of Medicine and serves as the Team Physician for Boston University athletics. He specializes in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, and Cartilage Restoration.

Dr. Li’s expertise extends to advanced arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques, complex shoulder and knee reconstruction, and primary and revision shoulder replacement. He also focuses on muscle/tendon transfers for scapular winging and rotator cuff tears, as well as advanced cartilage restoration techniques.
