Hi. I’m Dr Bill Johnson of Innovations Medical Stem Cell Center and we’ve received some exciting news that’s great news not only for us here at Innovations Medical, but also for patients all through the United States.

In 2018 the FDA decided that if we remove your cells from your body, they become a drug. They tried to stop us from being able to give those back to you until we’ve gone through all the processes that they require to approve a drug and meet the safety requirements of the drug.

Our group known as Cell Surgical Network went to court against the FDA and won in Federal Court.

Your cells are your cells and can be given back to you for the purposes of healing in any form that’s medically acceptable.

The court found in our way of harvesting the fat and giving it back met all medical standards. It was an overwhelming victory not only for us in the safety of what we do, but also for Americans because now you’re free to use your own cells and open up the healing power.

Remember all the healing our bodies do is done by stem cells. What we doctors do is help promote them and clear the way so they can do their jobs.

When we’re taking your own cells, we can concentrate those stem cells and do healing in a lot of ways our bodies can’t do.

That’s what we’re about here at Innovations Medical and we’re thrilled that the Federal Court found that what we’re doing is appropriate and consistent with good medical care.
